- Take photos of your package, specifically the magazine, some 4-5 photographs and upload them on vasimagazine@gmail.com with subject “DAMAGED PACKAGE <order number>”. You may also WhatsApp us on (+91) 90886 86396.
- The mail / message must be sent within 24 hours from the date and time of delivery.
Solution:
Our team will review it within 24 hours and if we detect material damages, we shall issue you a new package (free of cost) at your doorstep and mail you the details of the new shipment.
